You are invited to join us for this silent weekend retreat with acclaimed Celtic teacher John Philip Newell.

Religion is at the heart of some of the most conflicted places of hatred and violence in the world. Loving one another across faiths is essential to the way of peace. Each faith holds unique treasure, to be honored distinctly. When these faiths are seen together in true relationship, they are stronger and deeper. John Philip’s presentations will explore the wisdom of prophetic teachers from East and West.

The Revd Dr John Philip Newell, an ordained Church of Scotland minister, received the first-ever Contemplative Voices Award from the Shalem Institute in Washington DC in recognition of his work in spirituality and peacemaking. He holds a PhD from the University of Edinburgh and   has authored over 15 books, including Christ of the Celts, Praying with the Earth, A New Harmony, and The Rebirthing of God: Christianity’s Struggle for New Beginnings.
