Sensei Elaine Donlin facilitates a Metta Gathering Tuesday, Nov. 7 at 7:30pm at the Buddhist Temple of Marin in Mill Valley, featuring a dharma talk and meditation, and recited aspirations rooted in Metta (loving-kindness) and Karma (compassion).
