Palliative Care Volunteer Training Program - Lessons for living. A training for life.

Become part of JFCS Seniors At Home’s inspiring community of palliative care volunteers through this 30-hour training in the practical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of caring for those who have complex health challenges or are terminally ill. As a volunteer, you’ll be matched with a client to provide companionship, respite, compassion, and critical support to that individual and their family. No prior healthcare experience is necessary.

 WHEN:  November 3, 5, 10 & 12; 9:30am – 5:00pm

Cost: $360. Scholarships are available. For professionals, the cost for training and 30 CEUs is $500.  You must attend all sessions.
