About the event
What Are You Dreaming?
Dreaming is more than just looking to the future for something better, something amazing, something distant. Our dreams can ground us in the present. This meditation space will explore dreaming as a tool to remain present and resilient in troubled times. Join me as we explore what our dreams are made of and how they can serve as an encouraging and healing balm.
